Under Self managed plans the participant of the plan or their designated nominee manages their NDIS plan funds. The NDIS will do the reimbursements directly to the NDIS nominee or the participants. We follow all standard operating procedures for our clients.
Under this the Agency doesn’t come into play and NDIS deals with the individual directly and they exercise their rights with the department and they interact or their nominee interacts with the National Disability Insurance Service.
The client will be receiving direct payments for the claims which are submitted to NDIS and those will be processed after the scrutiny from the department and with valid proof. It is a very transparent process and for the convenience of customers.
